<p><p><b>About Us :</b><br/><br/>Talpro is leading the way in transforming the talent acquisition landscape.<br/><br/> We deliver innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective recruitment solutions tailored to todays business needs.<br/><br/> Our mission is to offer comprehensive hiring strategies that address immediate recruitment demands while laying the groundwork for long-term success.<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/></p><p>Title : MongoDB Atlas DBA<br/><br/>Primary Skill : Mongo DB DBA<br/><br/>Secondary Skill : DBA<br/><br/>Client Interview : Yes<br/><br/>Total Exp : 5 to 10 Years<br/><br/>Job Location : Mumbai Only<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain database collections and related data on MongoDB Atlas on Azure cloud<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor the overall health parameters of the clusters like CPU Utilization, Memory utilization, Operation Execution times, Replication lag, load balancing of data and queries and identify the stress areas<br/><br/></p><p>- Be able to trace the stress areas back to the queries causing them, pro-actively profile such queries and suggest improvements<br/><br/></p><p>- Be able to support deployment of data elements - collections and data - to the database, after ensuring proper approvals<br/><br/></p><p>- Good experience in upgrading and migrating various versions of MongoDB and on various platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good experience on advanced queries, query conditionals and aggregation framework.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in scalability testing to ensure a highly responsive database.<br/><br/></p><p>- In depth understanding of HA and DR strategies with reference to MongoDB<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Mongo utilities like mongostat, mongotop, mongoperf, mongodump and mongorestore etc<br/><br/></p><p>- Well versed with SDLC processes like Agile and Scrum<br/><br/></p><p>- Understand customer requirements and existing environments and translate these into configurations that meet performance, scalability and availability needs<br/><br/><b>Additional (Nice-to-have) Expectations :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Should have a good understanding of database security, in the context of MongoDB<br/><br/></p><p>- Good working knowledge of Object-Oriented programming using Java/J2EE, n-Tier Architecture, WebServices (REST APIs, SOAP, etc)<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of the full web technology stack (i.e. Rest, API integration, Version control- Git, authentication schemes etc)<br/><br/><b>Qualifications Needed :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree or equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field<br/><br/></p><p>- Should have atleast 6 to 8 years of IT experience and with at least 2 years working with MongoDB, preferably Atlas<br/><br/></p><p>- At least 2 years of exposure to Azure cloud environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience of creating highly scalable, robust web applications<br/><br/></p><p>- Self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to work independently<br/><br/></p><p>- Good written and oral communication skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
