The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP program delivery, large-scale transformation initiatives, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.<br/><br/> This role requires expertise in program governance, risk management, and driving value realization through SAP RISE deployments.<br/><br/> Responsibilities : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA on RISE transformation program.<br/><br/>- Define program objectives, success metrics, timelines, and budgets.<br/><br/>- Oversee functional, technical, integration, and data migration workstreams.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and RISE best practices.<br/><br/>- Manage program governance, risks, issues, and dependencies.<br/><br/>- Drive business process transformation leveraging S/4HANA capabilities.<br/><br/>- Act as primary point of contact for executive sponsors and stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Facilitate communication across business, IT, and vendor partners.<br/><br/>- Provide regular updates to steering committees and executive leadership.<br/><br/>- Ensure effective change management, training, and user adoption strategies.<br/><br/> Experience & Qualifications : </p><p><br/></p><p>- 10+ years of SAP program/project management experience.<br/><br/>- 5+ years leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs (RISE experience required).<br/><br/>- Experience in Manufacturing or Apparel industries a plus.<br/><br/>- Proven track record in delivering SAP cloud transformations and migrations.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and large-scale ERP implementation methodologies.<br/><br/>- Experience managing governance, risk, and compliance in global environments.<br/><br/>- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
