Responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.</p><br/><p>An excellent Quality Assurance Consultant has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in quality control.

The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle.</p><br/><p>The goal is to ensure the high quality of our operations and services, aiming for the long-term success of our business.</p><br/><p><b>Responsibilities Include :</b></p><br/><p>- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Monitor all operations that affect quality.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Supervise and guide developers, BAs and other project team members on the best practices.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Assure the reliability and consistency of development by checking processes and final output.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Appraise customers requirements and make sure they are satisfied.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Report all bugs, issues and deviations from best practices and methodology to the project manager to ensure immediate corrective action.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Review current standards and policies.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure all legal standards are met.</p><br/><p><b>Requirements For This Role :</b></p><br/><p>- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or relevant roles<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- 1+ year of experience working directly with Salesforce<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Outstanding communication skills<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Reliable and Trustworthy<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to work in rapid and agile development frameworks<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesise the results.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Quality Assurance Methodologies Strong understanding of QA processes, testing standards, and defect management.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Salesforce Testing Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Agile & Rapid Development Frameworks - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD pipelines.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Data Analysis & Statistical Methods - Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and apply statistical tools.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bug Tracking & Reporting Tools - Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar defect tracking platforms.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Test Documentation - Writing and maintaining test cases, test plans, and QA reports.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- MS Office Suite - Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint for reporting.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Database Knowledge - Basic SQL or database querying to validate test results and ensure data accuracy.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- QA Automation Tools (preferred) - Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, or TestNG) is an added advantage.</p><br/><p><b>Next Steps :</b></p><br/><p>Recruiting at Atrium is highly personalized.
