The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend development using Node.js and hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies.<br/><br/>As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that are performant, secure, and :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using Node.js with Express.js and NestJS<br/><br/>- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern frontend frameworks<br/><br/>- Contribute to High-Level System Design and Low-Level System Design documentation<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features<br/><br/>- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability<br/><br/>- Implement security and data protection best practices<br/><br/>- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient TypeScript code<br/><br/>- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers<br/><br/>- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolutions<br/><br/>- Lead the architecture and development of scalable, maintainable frontend applications<br/><br/>- Drive adoption of modern frontend frameworks and best practices in React.js and Next.js<br/><br/>- Optimize applications for Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) to ensure superior user experience<br/><br/>- Collaborate with designers and UX teams to deliver accessible and visually polished interfaces</p><br/><p><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field<br/><br/>- 2.5-5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role with balanced backend and frontend exposure<br/><br/>- Proficiency in backend development using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript<br/><br/>- Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or Vue.js<br/><br/>- Experience working with microservices and event-driven architecture using RabbitMQ, Kafka, BullMQ, and Redis<br/><br/>- Ability to architect and implement GraphQL APIs with a focus on performance and security<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices<br/><br/>- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL<br/><br/>- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services<br/><br/>- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes<br/><br/>- Experience with version control systems like Git<br/><br/>- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Bitbucket<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities<br/><br/>- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment</p><br/><p><b>Nice to Have : </b><br/><br/>- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure<br/><br/>- Familiarity with frontend state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand)<br/><br/>- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines<br/><br/>- Knowledge of SOLID principles and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)<br/><br/>- Experience integrating third-party headless CMS (Contentful) and personalization engines (Algolia, Cloudinary, Talon.One, Segment)</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
