<p></p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>About the Role :<br/><br/>We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Frontend Engineer to lead our frontend team and drive the development of highly performant, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.<br/><br/>You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences that delight our users.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex, high-quality frontend applications.<br/><br/>- Architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable frontend systems and components.<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.<br/><br/>- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to translate product requirements into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, performance, and accessibility.<br/><br/>- Drive frontend technical strategy and advocate for user-centric design.<br/><br/>- Own the frontend codebase, manage technical debt, and lead refactoring initiatives.<br/><br/>- Establish and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and frontend development workflows.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices, and evaluate their applicability to the companys products.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and production incidents.<br/><br/>- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and automation for frontend builds and deployments.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.<br/><br/>- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.<br/><br/>- Proven experience leading frontend teams or projects.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar).<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.<br/><br/>- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Vuex, etc.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.<br/><br/>- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Testing Library).<br/><br/>- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize frontend performance.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and leadership skills</p><br/><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
