The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems and processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Scope for the suitable candidate to work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure the smooth integration of technologies into existing systems.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for systems and processes.</p> <p>• Collaborate with software, hardware, and process teams to integrate automated systems.</p> <p>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated systems.</p> <p>• Optimize existing automation for better performance and cost efficiency.</p> <p>• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.</p> <p>• Provide training and support to the operations team on new automation tools.</p> <p>• Monitor system performance and generate reports for continuous improvement.</p> <p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Communication or Electrical.</p> <p>• Familiar with PLCs, SCADA, HMI, sensors, and control systems.</p> <p>• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, or automation tools like Selenium, UiPath, etc.</p> <p>• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p> <p>• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</p> <p>• Ability to adapt to new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>• Certification in Automation Tools or Systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)</p> <p>• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, robotics, or IoT-based systems.</p> <p>• Familiarity with cloud platforms or edge computing.</p> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <p>• Salary package as per the company standards</p> <p>• Learning and development opportunities</p> <p>• Collaborative work culture</p> <p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="line-height:115%">If interested, please share your updated resume with details of your present salary, expectations & notice period</span></span></span></span></p>
