<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and reusable test scripts for web, API, and mobile applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test case design to ensure comprehensive test coverage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.<br/><br/></p><p>- Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects with clear documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, and performance testing using automation tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Track, log, and verify defects in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure test automation supports scalability, reusability, and maintainability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform root cause analysis and provide inputs for process improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on industry trends, new automation tools, and best practices to enhance testing efficiency.<br/><br/><p><b>Requirements :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</p><p><br/></p>- 3 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing with strong focus on Automation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, </p><p>TestNG, JUnit).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Bamboo).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is an advantage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and collaboration abilities</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
