<p><p><b>The Opportunity :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Under limited supervision, monitor and maintain the efficiency of software applications.<br/><br/>- Manage code migration across environments to ensure continued and synchronized functionality.<br/><br/>- Provide software application support.<br/><br/>- Establish the root causes of application errors.<br/><br/>- Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.<br/><br/>- Ensure effective front end and back end functionality of applications.<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>In this role, you will be responsible for converting business requirements into solutions that utilize Epicor Kinetic ERP capabilities.<br/><br/>You will play a key role in creating and maintaining customizations using Kinetic functions, Application Studio, BPMs, Data Directives, BAQs, forms and dashboards.<br/><br/>Additionally, you will be involved in SQL Report writing using SSRS and ensuring compliance with change control processes and documentation standards.<br/><br/><b>Major Job Duties And Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement and configure Epicor Kinetic ERP into new manufacturing and distribution businesses.<br/><br/>- Patch & upgrade the ERP on a regular cadence and manage testing with the business.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with businesses and stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into business system process maps and technical specifications.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain customizations in Epicor Kinetic using Application Studio, BPMs, Data Directives, APIs and Functions.<br/><br/>- Create and manage BAQs and dashboards.<br/><br/>- Utilize SQL Report Writing skills using SSRS.<br/><br/>- Adhere to change control processes and documentation standards.<br/><br/>- Experience in business process automation & BI Reporting/Dashboards.<br/><br/>- Monitor and analyze the live system proactively to figure out system stability, and performance, and identify any potential malfunctioning in business flow and logical implementation.<br/><br/>- Closely work with other consultants to ensure the technical solution & its architecture is fit for the purpose.<br/><br/>- Serve as trouble-shooter and escalation point for critical/complex technical issues.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications (Education/Training, Experience, And Certifications) :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (computer science or other equivalent majors).<br/><br/>- Prefer an advanced degree.<br/><br/>- 8- 10 years of overall experience in the IT industry.<br/><br/>- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Epicor ERP 10 / Kinetic.<br/><br/>- 2 years of experience using REST API.<br/><br/>- 3 years of experience in SQL Relational Databases, including SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, Stored Procedures, and functions.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in C# programming (3 years of experience).<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of the manufacturing and distribution industry.<br/><br/>- Excellent presentation and communication skills to interact with various leaders.<br/><br/>- Overall expertise in ERP systems is desirable.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure supporting the ERP.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.<br/><br/>- Collaborative abilities to work effectively in a team environment.<br/><br/>- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.<br/><br/><b>ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Conditions) :</b><br/><br/>- Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.<br/><br/>- Work assignments are diversified.<br/><br/>- Examples of past precedents are used to resolve work problems.<br/><br/>- New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.<br/><br/>- A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on a routine basis.<br/><br/>- Minimal physical effort is required.<br/><br/>- Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or
