We are hiring an Implementation Manager who owns deployment through adoption for a portfolio of customers.
You will lead discovery, integrations, configuration, enablement, and ongoing value realization.
You will serve as the technical point for Salesforce and data flows and as a trusted advisor to sponsors and end users.<br/><br/><b>What you will do :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead end-to-end implementations from scoping through cutover and post go-live stabilization, with clear plans, owners, and checkpoints.<br/><br/></p><p>- Run structured discovery to map goals, personas, Salesforce data model, security, and change risks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure Aviso environments, validate data, and manage UAT with explicit acceptance criteria.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate Salesforce standard and custom objects using APIs, SOQL, and field-level controls.<br/><br/></p><p>- Partner with customer IT on data pipelines, including CDC concepts and error handling.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish telemetry and usage goals, drive adoption motions, and remove friction quickly.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write concise status updates, risk registers, runbooks, and release notes that executives can </p><p>consume in minutes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitate executive reviews that connect product usage to outcomes, renewals, and </p><p>expansion.<br/><br/></p><p>- Capture product feedback and write crisp tickets that enable Engineering to act.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Sales on expansion hypotheses grounded in proven value and adoption data.<br/><br/><p><b>What good looks like :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Time to first value within 60 to 90 days, with documented before and after metrics.</p><p><br/></p>- Weekly active usage targets met for primary personas across each account.<br/><br/></p><p>- Sponsors rate communication as clear, proactive, and solution oriented.<br/><br/><p><b>What you bring :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 5 to 7 years in enterprise SaaS across implementation, engagement management, technical account management, or customer success.</p><p><br/></p>- Hands-on Salesforce background, strong understanding of data model, profiles, and integration patterns.
Salesforce Admin certification preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Practical fluency with REST, JSON, Postman, SOQL, and basic SQL for validation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Snowflake or similar warehouses is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Consulting rigor from a top-tier firm, with a track record of driving outcomes and writing </p><p>executive-ready documents.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exceptional communication and facilitation with executives, admins, and sellers, including structured written updates and clear meeting narratives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Executive presence, stakeholder orchestration skills, and an ownership mindset suited to a startup environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree required.
