<p><p><b>About Aviso : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>Aviso is the AI compass that guides sales and go-to-market teams to close more deals, accelerate growth, and find their Revenue True North.</p><p><br/> Aviso AI delivers revenue intelligence, drives informed team-wide actions and course corrections, and gives precise guidance so sellers and teams dont get lost in the fog of CRM and augment themselves with predictive AI.<br/><br/>With demonstrated results across Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders such as Dell, Splunk, Nuance, Elastic , Github, and RingCentral, Aviso works at the frontier of predictive AI to help teams close more deals and drive more revenue.<br/><br/> Aviso AI has generated 305 billion insights, analyzed $180B in pipeline, and helped customers win $100B in deals.<br/><br/> Companies use Aviso to drive more revenue, achieve goals faster, and win in bold, new frontiers.<br/><br/> By using Avisos guided-selling tools instead of conventional CRM systems, sales teams close 20% more deals with 98%+ accuracy, and reduce spending on non-core CRM licenses by 30%.<br/><br/><b>Role Overview : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidates will be responsible for onboarding new customers on Aviso and supporting a set of live customers, while delivering a superior customer experience.<br/><br/>Key responsibilities include - New customer onboardings : <br/><br/>- Onboarding new customers on Aviso platform, with required configurations<br/><br/>- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders during the onboarding journey, for discovery, solutioning, configuration/build, user acceptance testing and go-live<br/><br/>- Engaging closely with development/infra teams on feasibility checks, design, testing and delivery of new features built on Python/MongoDB/ PostgresDB<br/><br/>- Owning and delivering project deliverables like requirements / design document(s), test cases/scripts, training/enablement documents and configured systems in test / production environments<br/><br/>- Providing superior customer experience with effective communication and timely deliveries of high quality deliverables<br/><br/>Supporting live customers : <br/><br/>- Handling production issues as per priorities and defined SLAs<br/><br/>- Owning first response to issues, investigation, fixes, coordination with relevant teams for timely resolutions, validations and issue closures<br/><br/>- Conducting comprehensive root cause analyses (RCAs) by liaising with relevant teams and ensuring permanent fixes for recurring issues<br/><br/>- Documenting troubleshooting processes for new incidents and enriching support knowledge base<br/><br/>- Testing new product features and deploying them on live customers, in sync with product releases<br/><br/>- Delivering superior customer experience by providing effective post production support<br/><br/><b>Key additional expectations</b> :</p><p><br/></p><p>- The role will require overlapping with or working in the US time zones and/or rotational weekend shifts<br/><br/>- The candidate will be owning / handling multiple deployments / live customers simultaneously<br/><br/>- The candidate should be comfortable working with Senior executives and a mix of teams like process teams, technical teams of customers and Aviso.<br/><br/>- The role is based in India (remote).<br/><br/><b>Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Expertise in Python programming<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of logics and OOPS<br/><br/>- Understanding of application architecture built on Python / MongoDB / Postgres DB<br/><br/>- Moderate experience of Integration through API<br/><br/>- Good understanding and through with Apex classes, trigger, maps , data loader , JS and hands-on.<br/><br/>- Problem solving skills<br/><br/>- Worked on at least 10 + projects<br/><br/><b>Additional Skills : Huge plus</b><br/><br/>- Salesforce Sales cloud implementation experience<br/><br/>- Data migration capabilities (Data loader, Workbench, Import Wizard, Auto rabbit)<br/><br/>- Project Management capabilities<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's or higher Degree<br/><br/>- Experience of 4-5 years in Python is a must<br/><br/>- Exposure to CRM / SFDC Sales cloud implementations will be an added advantage.<br/><br/>- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.<br/><br/>Aviso is growing fast, and were scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.<br/><br/> We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Aviso.<br/><br/>How do you want to make your impact?<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
