is seeking a highly experienced and skilled AWS Data Engineer Lead  to join our team in Pune.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable and reliable data infrastructure and data products in complex enterprise environments.
This is a senior-level role, typically suited for professionals who have served as technical leads  on large-scale or multiple mid-sized data projects.
Key Responsibilities:  
- Lead the design and development of robust data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS services such as Glue , Athena , and Spark .
 
 
- Architect and implement scalable data solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning initiatives.
 
 
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 
 
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.
 
 
- Optimize performance of data systems and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
 
 
- Document data architecture, workflows, and processes for internal and external stakeholders.
 
 
- Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to best practices and standards.
 
 
Technical Skills Required:-  
- Cloud Platforms:  Strong hands-on experience with AWS  (Glue, Athena, S3, Lambda, etc.) 
- Big Data Technologies:  Proficiency in Apache Spark , Databricks , and distributed data processing.
 
 
- Databases:  Experience with at least one RDBMS  (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
 
 
- Data Modeling:  Expertise in 3NF  (Third Normal Form) and Dimensional Data Modeling .
 
 
- Programming Languages:  Proficiency in SQL , Python , or Scala .
 
 
- Version Control & CI/CD:  Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, or similar tools is a plus.
 
 
Preferred Qualifications:-  
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 
 
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty) are a strong advantage.
 
 
- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira or Confluence.
