<p><p><b>About ADA</b><br/><br/>ADA is a leading data and artificial intelligence (AI) company that designs and executes integrated digital, analytics, and marketing solutions.<br/><br/>We operate in 11 markets in South and Southeast Asia and partner with leading brands to drive their data and digital maturity.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>About The Role</b><br/><br/>At ADA, our people are at the heart of everything we do.<br/><br/>The Employee Experience Team is dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to do their best work.<br/><br/>We ensure that every touchpoint in an employees journey from onboarding to day-to-day engagement is seamless, meaningful, and aligned with ADAs values and business goals.<br/><br/>As an Employee Experience Partner, you will be responsible for enhancing the workplace experience for our India team, ensuring smooth office operations, executing engagement initiatives, and driving employee satisfaction.<br/><br/>This role is ideal for a people-focused professional who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on execution.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>What will you do?</b><br/><br/><b>Facility, Administrative, and Vendor Management:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee office administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations and a conducive work atmosphere.<br/><br/></p><p>- Steward facility resources, including F&B services, office interiors, and space utilisation, maintaining the ADA standard.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor budget expenditures with a keen eye on maximising value.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely services and quality deliverables.<br/><br/></p><p>- Periodically assess and ensure the upkeep of the office environment to meet and exceed ADA and Integration:</b></p><p><br/></p>- Champion the onboarding process for new hires, functioning as the nexus between hiring managers, HR, and the new employee.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate orientation logistics and facilitate the distribution of welcome swag items.<br/><br/><b>Employee ID & Access Management:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Manage the end-to-end employee ID administration process, ensuring secure access and timely updates.<br/><br/></p><p>- Streamline the inventory and quality check of ID.<br/><br/><b>Technological Integration:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Stay adept with HR technology systems and processes and maintain a close rapport with HR Shared Services to drive efficiency.<br/><br/><p><b>Employee Engagement:</b></p><p><br/></p>- Collaborate with the rest of the HR functions and leaders to curate a work environment that thrives on inclusivity and engagement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Spearhead local HR initiatives, including but not limited to employee engagement drives, recognition programs, and tailor-made projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Extend guidance and mentorship to managers on fostering an environment conducive to employee well-being and satisfaction.<br/><br/><b>Data and Strategy:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Dive deep into data, extracting insights that can guide strategic decisions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with industry trends, ensuring ADA remains a paragon of best practices in employee experience.<br/><br/><b>Insurance Management:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the insurance renewal processes for local operations, encompassing both medical and office insurance.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Engage with insurance vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal coverage and cost efficiency.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and best will you need?</b></p><p><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.</p></p><p><br/></p><p>- 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on employee experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated ability to drive change and execute initiatives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
