Data Center-to-Data Center<br/><br/>2.
AWS-to-AWS cloud setups<br/><br/>3.
Azure-to-Azure cloud setups<br/><br/>4.
Oracle Exadata (Exadata to Exadata, Exadata to ExaCC)<br/><br/>5.
Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer (ExaCC) environments<br/><br/>- Perform end-to-end database backup and recovery using : <br/><br/>1.
Rubrik for backup orchestration and recovery<br/><br/>2.
RMAN (Recovery Manager) for backup/restore operations, incremental (delta) syncs, and PITR (Point-in-Time Recovery)<br/><br/>- Implement delta data synchronization strategies for near-zero downtime migration.<br/><br/>- Use Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for : <br/><br/>1.
Database performance monitoring<br/><br/>2.
Health checks and proactive alerting<br/><br/>3.
Migration tracking and validation<br/><br/>- Execute data purging and archival strategies to optimize database size and performance pre/post-migration.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cloud architects, infrastructure teams, and application owners to ensure smooth migration with minimal business disruption.<br/><br/>- Document migration runbooks, rollback procedures, and knowledge transfer.<br/><br/><b>Must-Have Skills :</b><br/><br/>- 12+ years of Oracle Database experience, with 5+ years in leadership/managerial roles overseeing database migration programs.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle migrations in multi-cloud, Exadata, and ExaCC environments.<br/><br/>- Strong experience with : <br/><br/>1.
Oracle Exadata administration, migration, and performance tuning<br/><br/>2.
Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer (ExaCC) implementation and management<br/><br/>3.
Oracle Data Guard setup, switchover, failover, and role transitions<br/><br/>4.
Rubrik for backup, restore, and DR integration<br/><br/>5.
RMAN for backup/recovery, delta sync, cloning, and duplication<br/><br/>6.
