<p>Brief about the position : <br/><br/> The role is to work as an Application Architect with a team responsible for development and delivery of an enterprise product (web-based portal developed using python, python-django, react and postgres with GenAI features).<br/><br/> Backend SQL knowledge is also must have.<br/><br/> Should have strong understanding with an ability to design and implement Generative AI applications.<br/><br/> Must have skills & competencies : </p><p><br/></p><p>Technical : <br/><br/>- Python Expert is responsible for development and maintenance of code written in Python.<br/><br/>- Strong ability to design and implement Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAGs, Vector Databases, Graph Databases.<br/><br/>- Experience with Prompt Engineering and Prompt Optimization.<br/><br/>- Familiarity of Fine-Tuning and deployment processes etc.<br/><br/>- Ability to vibe code and are skilled in leveraging LLMs for code generation, refactoring, and boilerplate reduction.<br/><br/>- Hybrid solution design combining traditional software logic (OOPs and design principles) with AI-driven intelligence.<br/><br/>- Good working knowledge on branching strategies and release management.<br/><br/>- Should have good SQL skills and RDBMS knowledge.<br/><br/>- Be able to design and architect performant solutions looking at the stories given by the requirements team.<br/><br/>- Responsible for quality deliveries by ensuring the right processes around unit testing, code coverage and review are in place.<br/><br/>- Should be able to plan and estimate the stories beforehand based on the complexity of the stories.<br/><br/>- Should be able to discuss requirements, review the design and provide the necessary guidance to the team for successful execution.<br/><br/>- Should be able to track and report the sprint metrics, identify risks, assess impact on timelines, manage and mentor team.<br/><br/> Behavioral : <br/><br/>- Ability to handle dynamic requirements and multitask.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with both onshore and offshore managers).<br/><br/>- Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
