<p><p><b>Job Purpose you are :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p> - Direct the development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Design & implement the best engineered technical solutions using latest technologies and tools.</p><p><br/></p><p> - Driving and improving the QA team in areas of agile testing and automated testing.<br/><br/></p><p> - Must have experience in Playwright and Typescript.<br/><br/></p><p> - Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance, Testing and Test Automation.<br/><br/></p><p> - Provide technical expertise in Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Test Automation, Tools and Techniques across the teams.<br/><br/></p><p> - Ensuring that the development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines, and best practices of the QA strategy as defined.<br/><br/></p><p> - Mentor and provide leadership to the QA engineers.<br/><br/></p><p> - Participate in interviews, induction, training and performance evaluation of QA team members.<br/><br/></p><p> - Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation.<br/><br/></p><p> - Building and maintenance of quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standards.<br/><br/></p><p> - Monitoring of all the QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis and identifying areas of improvement.<br/><br/></p><p> - Implement steps required to improve the processes.<br/><br/></p><p> - Gather and present testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p> - Ensure the proper usage of available tools to gain the maximum benefit of the QA effort.<br/><br/></p><p> - This includes testing tools for functional, performance, automation, etc.<br/><br/></p><p> - Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams.<br/><br/></p><p> - Work with Development managers and the Software Development Leadership to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed department and corporate quality will excite us :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p> - About 9+ years of overall experience and at least 2 years in a playwright.<br/><br/></p><p> - Ability to build, implement and direct quality assurance principles and maintain the quality of delivery.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience managing testing departments or testing functions, managing large and complex activities and processes.<br/><br/></p><p> - Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.</p><p><br/></p><p> - Strong experience in and understanding of Test Strategy and ability to design and implement.<br/><br/></p><p> - Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly.<br/><br/></p><p> - Be an advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement and industry recognized Best Practices.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience with Testing Tools & Frameworks for functional, performance & automation testing.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience with Performance Testing for Web Based Applications.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience with continuous integration tools and source control tools.<br/><br/></p><p> - Good experience in building and using automation frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p> - Collaborate with BA, Scrum Master, Project Manager and other stakeholders in prioritizing the right set of Quality initiatives to meet business goals.<br/><br/></p><p> - Strong people management skills with a proven track record in hiring, developing, and retaining high performing QA team.<br/><br/></p><p> - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical thinking, solid communication and proven leadership skills with the ability to lead.</p><p><br/></p><p> - Strong written and verbal communications skills; able to effectively present to varied will excite you :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p> - Opportunity to work on large scale enterprise solution building.<br/><br/></p><p> - Opportunity to explore new technologies & frameworks with accomplished solution architects & industry </p><p>leaders.<br/><br/></p><p> - Will get exposure to latest aspects of security, AI/ML, Business Domain and data : </b>Working from Office from Ahmedabad.</p></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
