<p><p><b>About the job :</b><br/><br/><b>Who you are :</b><br/><br/>- Minimum 4+ years relevant experience as a scrum Master and 7+ Years in the IT industry, Scrum master certification is a plus.<br/><br/>- Experience in a scrum master role.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.</p><p><br/>- Helping software development teams apply the Scrum framework.<br/><br/>- Manage each projects scope and timeline.<br/><br/>- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.<br/><br/>- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.<br/><br/>- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.<br/><br/>- Work with product owners/ Business Analysts to handle backlogs and new requests.<br/><br/>- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.<br/><br/>- Help teams implement changes effectively.<br/><br/>- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.<br/><br/>- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.<br/><br/>- Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it.<br/><br/>- Partners with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.<br/><br/>- Works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.<br/><br/>- Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.<br/><br/>- Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product post-launch.<br/><br/><b>What will excite us :</b><br/><br/><b>Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum of 7+ years of overall experience within the IT industry.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven track record of successfully applying the Scrum framework to software development teams.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with software development.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog :</b> Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is a significant plus.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Technical Skills & Knowledge :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding and practical experience with Scrum techniques and artifacts, including :</p><p><br/></p><p>1.
