Our locations include the Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus, Hibdon Tires and Wheel Works brands.<br/><br/>We are looking for an experienced AEM Frontend Developer to design and implement engaging user interfaces for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)-based web applications.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern frontend frameworks, AEM-specific templating (Sightly/HTL), and strong UI/UX principles.

You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to build high-performance, responsive, and visually appealing digital experiences.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>Frontend Development for AEM : </b><br/><br/>- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and client-side applications using react/Angular Sightly/HTL, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS.<br/><br/>- Ensure seamless integration of AEM components with backend services and APIs.<br/><br/>- Implement mobile-first, responsive, and accessible designs with a focus on performance optimization.<br/><br/>- Work with AEM Core Components, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Headless CMS capabilities.<br/><br/><b>UI/UX Implementation : </b><br/><br/>- Translate design mockups (Figma) into high-quality, pixel-perfect UI components.<br/><br/>- Implement angular and modern CSS methodologies (BEM, Tailwind, CSS-in-JS).<br/><br/>- Enhance user experience (UX) by improving site navigation, animations, and interactivity.<br/><br/><b>Performance & Optimization : </b><br/><br/>- Optimize AEM frontend performance, including lazy loading, asset bundling, caching, and minimizing render-blocking resources.<br/><br/>- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to SEO best practices.<br/><br/>- Improve page load speeds and Core Web Vitals for better user engagement.<br/><br/><b>AEM-Specific Integrations : </b><br/><br/>- Implement Client Libraries (clientlibs), JavaScript Use API, and CSS/JS optimizations for AEM projects.<br/><br/>- Integrate AEM with third-party APIs, analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), and personalization solutions.<br/><br/>- Work with AEM Dispatcher rules to optimize content delivery.<br/><br/><b>Frontend Technologies & AEM-Specific Development : </b><br/><br/>- 3+ years of experience in frontend development with react/AEM.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in react HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+.<br/><br/>- Experience with Sightly/HTL (AEM templating language) and ClientLibs.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js for headless AEM applications.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
