Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps tools to streamline application delivery.
  
• Infrastructure as Code: Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
  
• Monitoring and Performance: Set up and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance, utilizing Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to foster a culture of collaboration and agile practices, ensuring smooth integration of development and operational processes.
  
• Automation: Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors, implementing best practices for DevOps methodologies.
  
• Security Practices: Ensure the implementation of security best practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle, including compliance with organisational policies.
  
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing within the team.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on Azure technologies.
  
• Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps services, including Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, and Azure Artifacts.
  
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
  
• Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture concepts.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
