<p><b>Azure Logic Apps & Function Apps Developer</b><br/><br/><b>Role Overview :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled Azure Logic Apps & Function Apps Developer to design, build, and maintain serverless integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.
In this role, you will work with Logic Apps (Standard & Consumption) and Azure Functions to automate workflows, integrate enterprise applications, and build event-driven solutions.
You'll also collaborate with architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud-native solutions.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Solution Design & Development :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and maintain Logic Apps (Standard and Consumption) for business process automation and system integration.<br/><br/>- Design and implement Azure Function Apps (HTTP-triggered, timer-based, Service Bus/Event Grid triggered, etc.) for event-driven workloads.<br/><br/>- Build reusable components, connectors, and APIs to streamline integration patterns.<br/><br/>- Implement exception handling, retries, and message dead-lettering for reliable processing.<br/><br/><b>Integration & Connectivity :</b><br/><br/>- Integrate Logic Apps and Function Apps with services like Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hub, API Management, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Blob/ADLS, SQL Server/Dataverse, SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce, and other third-party APIs.<br/><br/>- Configure API connections securely using OAuth2, managed identities, service principals, and certificates.<br/><br/>- Support hybrid integration scenarios using on-premise data gateways.<br/><br/><b>Security & Compliance :</b><br/><br/>- Implement secure access using Managed Identities, AAD authentication, and Key Vault secrets.<br/><br/>- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security policies, encryption standards, and compliance frameworks (SOC2, GDPR, ISO27001).<br/><br/>- Remove hard-coded credentials and use identity-based access across all workflows.<br/><br/><b>CI/CD & Operations :</b><br/><br/>- Package Logic App and Function App deployments using Bicep/ARM templates, YAML pipelines, or GitHub Actions.<br/><br/>- Enable continuous integration and deployment across Dev, Test, Performance, and Production environments.<br/><br/>- Set up monitoring and diagnostics using Application Insights, Log Analytics, and Kusto (KQL) queries.<br/><br/>- Support performance tuning, scaling (consumption vs.
dedicated plans), and cost optimization.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration & Support :</b><br/><br/>- Work with APIM teams to securely expose Function Apps/Logic Apps.<br/><br/>- Provide L3 support for production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Strong experience with Azure Logic Apps (Standard & Consumption) and Azure Function Apps.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in C# or Node.js/Python for Function App development.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of event-driven architecture, messaging, and integration patterns.<br/><br/>- Experience with Service Bus topics/subscriptions, Event Grid, and durable functions.<br/><br/>- Hands-on expertise with Azure Key Vault, App Config, Managed Identity, and AAD authentication.<br/><br/>- Strong troubleshooting skills for workflow failures, API connection errors, and latency issues.<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) for serverless deployments.<br/><br/>- Good knowledge of Application Insights monitoring and KQL queries.<br/><br/><b>Nice-to-Have Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Knowledge of APIM policies to secure and manage Logic App/Function App endpoints.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with Bicep/Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) provisioning.<br/><br/>- Experience with Power Automate for low-code workflow extensions.<br/><br/>- Exposure to hybrid integration scenarios (on-premise + cloud).<br/><br/>- Knowledge of microservices, containerization (AKS/ACI), or durable :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/>- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Integration Services.<br/><br/>- 3+ years of experience in Logic Apps & Function Apps development.<br/><br/>- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400, or Integration-specific) are an advantage.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
