<p><p><b>Job Location :</b> Noida Sec 62<br/><br/><b>Work Mode :</b> 2 Days WFO, 3 Days WFH<br/><br/><b>Working Days :</b> 5 Days<br/><br/><b>Interview Mode :</b> Face to Face Only<br/><br/>Who are interested for face to face interview Can only apply (Female Candidates Only).</p><p><br/></p><p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>The role involves architecting and implementing REST APIs, designing low-latency applications, and leading the integration of GenAI-powered capabilities into backend :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Architect and implement REST APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead integration of GenAI-powered capabilities into backend systems, including prompt-based APIs and tool-using agents.<br/><br/></p><p>- Test software to ensure responsiveness, correctness and efficiency.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take initiatives to build better and faster solutions to the problems of scale.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot application-related issues and work with the infrastructure team to triage Major Incidents.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in analyzing/researching solutions and developing/implementing recommendations :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 4+ years of professional Skills :</b></p><p><br/>- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6) and Node JS is a must.</p><br/></p><p>- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.</p><p><br/></p><p>- In-depth knowledge of frameworks like Express JS and Restify.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in building backend services for handling data at large scale is a must.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to architect high-availability applications and servers on cloud adhering to best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Microservices architecture is preferable.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent GenAI agentic frameworks is a strong plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience writing complex SQL queries.<br/><br/></p><p>- In-depth knowledge of Node JS concepts like the event loop.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to perform technical deep-dives into code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience building and deploying GenAI-powered backend services or tools (e.g., prompt routers, </p><p>embedding search, RAG pipelines).<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of communication using WebSockets.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of clean architecture and SOLID principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Basic knowledge of AWS and Docker containerization is preferable.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in Python is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development, assist in code reviews, and support efficient coding practices is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Git.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
