Job Description
<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/>- Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions tailored for BFSI workflows, including loan origination, underwriting, KYC/AML, and customer lifecycle management.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Salesforce Flows.<br/><br/>- Integrate Salesforce with core banking systems, third-party APIs, and financial data sources using REST/SOAP APIs.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate BFSI requirements into scalable Salesforce functionalities.<br/><br/>- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.<br/><br/>- Monitor and ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards specific to the financial services industry.<br/><br/>- Maintain deployment processes using version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX.<br/><br/>- Implement BFSI-specific use cases including lead management, loan origination, KYC/AML workflows, and customer onboarding.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to Salesforce Shield, encryption, and compliance best practices.</p><br/><p><b>Technical Skills & Tools : </b></p><br/><p>- Salesforce Development : Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows<br/><br/>- Salesforce Administration : Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Security & Sharing Settings<br/><br/>- Integration : REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML handling<br/><br/>- CI/CD & Version Control : Git, Bitbucket, Salesforce DX, Jenkins<br/><br/>- BFSI Knowledge : Loan lifecycle management, KYC/AML, customer onboarding, regulatory compliance<br/><br/>- Data Security & Compliance : Salesforce Shield, field-level encryption, GDPR/PCI compliance</p><br/><p><b>Qualifications : </b></p><br/><p>- 3 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience, preferably in BFSI or financial services.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of BFSI workflows, customer lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in building scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
