The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize BI solutions that transform raw data into meaningful business insights, driving informed decision-making across the organization.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau/Qlik.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and performance optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and queries to support reporting needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement row-level security, data governance, and performance tuning in BI platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decisions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with emerging BI technologies, tools, and best practices.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 3-8 years of proven experience in BI development and data visualization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in Power BI / Tableau / Qlik (at least one is mandatory, cross-platform experience preferred).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of SQL, DAX, MDX, ETL concepts, and data warehousing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization of BI reports/dashboards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good knowledge of database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.<br/><br/><b>Good to Have :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with cloud BI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Python/R for data analysis.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
