The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, and RESTful API development, along with experience in microservices, databases, and cloud platforms.
This role requires a hands-on developer who can design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems for enterprise applications.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C#.</p><br/><p>- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints for application integration.</p><br/><p>- Implement microservices-based architectures with secure, scalable, and reusable services.</p><br/><p>- Integrate applications with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and third-party services.</p><br/><p>- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability through best practices.</p><br/><p>- Write unit tests and integration tests to maintain high code quality.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams in an agile environment.</p><br/><p>- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.</p><br/><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Experience : </b></p><br/><p>- 68 years of professional experience as a Backend / API Developer in .NET.</p><br/><p>- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+.</p><br/><p>- Hands-on experience in API design and development (RESTful, GraphQL).</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and service-oriented design.</p><br/><p>- Solid experience with databases : </p><br/><p> - SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)</p><br/><p> - NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) preferred</p><br/><p>- Experience with Entity Framework / Dapper / ORM frameworks.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and containerized deployments.</p><br/><p>- Good understanding of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).</p><br/><p>- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b></p><br/><p>- Experience with Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, or serverless architectures.</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect).</p><br/><p>- Exposure to message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).</p><br/><p>- Experience with test automation frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
