<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Engineer (Manual Testing) with expertise in Python and.NET to join our dynamic team.<br/><br/>- You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through thorough manual testing.<br/><br/>- Your proficiency in Python and.NET will be essential in creating comprehensive testing frameworks and ensuring the seamless functionality of our platforms.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and data engineers, to understand project requirements and functional specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify, document, and track bugs using industry-standard tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure issues/tickets adhere to detailed criteria, leaving no room for ambiguity.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify patterns of recurring bugs across different features/products and flag them for the team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Report on test progress, defects, and overall quality status.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input from a testing perspective.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously learn and enhance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and maintainability of the codebase.<br/><br/></p><p>- Investigate and reproduce reported issues and provide detailed reports to aid in debugging and resolution.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).<br/><br/></p><p>- 2-3 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on manual testing, preferably with a product company.<br/><br/></p><p>- Must have experience in software testing in the areas of SaaS, microservices/API Testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management software.<br/><br/></p><p>- Extensively worked on various Testing types such as Integration, System, Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, User-interface (GUI) Testing, and API Testing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in writing Test strategy, Test Plan Preparation and Implementation, Test Case Design, Test Tool usage, Test execution, Defect Management, and Defect Tracking.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of SQL and MongoDB, as well as database testing, is an advantage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g , Git) and CI/CD processes.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<br/><br/></p><p>- Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
