            Job Description
            
                <p>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Develop and execute business development strategies in a B2B enterprise environment.<br/><br/>- Drive revenue growth for Microsoft Cloud offerings (Azure and Office 365) within the region.<br/><br/>- Identify and capitalize on opportunities within client organizations by understanding their IT needs.<br/><br/>- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance goodwill and foster trust.<br/><br/>- Propose customized IT solutions tailored to client requirements.<br/><br/>- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure.<br/><br/>- Cross-sell and upsell IT products and solutions alongside cloud  Strong oral and written communication skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent account management and relationship-building skills.<br/><br/>- Proven experience selling Microsoft Cloud products, including Azure and Office 365.<br/><br/>- This role is ideal for professionals with prior exposure to IT services sales who can manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and support end-to-end sales activities.<br/><br/>- You will work closely with senior business development leaders, take ownership of account growth, and actively contribute to proposal creation, presentations, and client engagement.<br/><br/>- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in IT services.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in client handling, account management, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).<br/><br/>- Strong skills in proposal creation, documentation, and sales presentation making.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.<br/><br/>- Exposure to B2B/enterprise sales cycles and solution-based selling.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, sales automation, and digital prospecting tools is a plus<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
