The primary focus is to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets, adherence to process guidelines, and the professional development of team members.</p><br/><p><b>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><br/><p>- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs and revenue goals.</p><br/><p>- Drive individual and team performance through structured coaching, daily huddles, goal setting, and real-time feedback.</p><br/><p>- Monitor team performance metrics closely and take corrective action to address underperformance using established coaching and performance management techniques.</p><br/><p>- Identify sales gaps and implement actionable strategies to drive growth, increase conversion rates, and enhance overall sales productivity.</p><br/><p>- Manage team scheduling, shrinkage, and attrition by ensuring adequate staffing, minimizing idle time, and improving team stability.</p><br/><p>- Analyze and take action to improve team performance, with a focus on driving consistent sales growth.</p><br/><p>- Design and execute structured performance improvement plans (PIPs) for struggling team members, aligned with development goals and business expectations.</p><br/><p>- Actively participate in the recruitment, training, development, and performance appraisal processes for team members.</p><br/><p>- Guide individuals toward achieving goals through effective coaching, collaboration, motivation, and staff development.</p><br/><p>- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities during customer interactions, especially in complex or high-pressure situations.</p><br/><p>- Design and implement performance improvement plans to enhance team output and sales effectiveness.</p><br/><p>- Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, with a proven ability to strengthen team dynamics and morale.</p><br/><p>- Exhibit a high level of professionalism, customer service, and communication skillsboth verbal and written.</p><br/><p>- Resolve complex customer concerns and escalations with a solutions-focused approach, ensuring high satisfaction and client retention.</p><br/><p>- Analyze sales data to extract insights, identify trends, and drive decisions that support higher close rates and improved team effectiveness.</p><br/><p>- Prepare and deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.</p><br/><p><b>Key Skills and Requirements</b></p><br/><p>- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.</p><br/><p>- Minimum of 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in a Assistant Team Lead/Team Leader role.</p><br/><p>- Proven experience managing a sales team of at least 20 members in an inbound customer service/sales/upselling/cross-selling environment.</p><br/><p>- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding key sales metrics, including revenue generation, conversion rates, cross-selling, and upselling.</p><br/><p>- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.</p><br/><p>- Prior experience in the IT or technology services industry is preferred.</p><br/><p>- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire team performance.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to drive team engagement and collaboration.</p><br/><p>- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and translate insights into action.</p><br/><p>- Results-driven and process-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving team KPIs and improving sales workflows.</p><br/><p>- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high performance expectations.</p><br/><p>- Flexible to work in rotational shifts or weekends based on business requirements (if applicable).</p><br/><p>- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills to manage team deliverables effectively.</p><br/><p><b>What We
