Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of Biztalk servers and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize Biztalk applications.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze business requirements and design, develop, and deploy Biztalk solutions.
- Document installation procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Provide support and training to end users on Biztalk functionalities and best practices for efficient usage.
Requirements
- Expertise in Biztalk administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of Biztalk servers and applications.
- Experience in handling tickets related to Biztalk server issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing timely resolution.
- Ability to provide on-call support for Biztalk server issues and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Proficiency in running patches, updates, and upgrades for Biztalk servers to ensure system security and performance.
- Strong knowledge of Biztalk server architecture, components, and integration with other systems and applications.
- Experience in monitoring and optimizing Biztalk server performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing performance improvements.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery procedures for Biztalk servers and ability to create backup and restore strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to understand requirements and provide support.
- Ability to document processes, procedures, and configurations related to Biztalk administration for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Experience in working with Microsoft technologies, such as Windows Server, SQL Server, and Active Directory, that are integral to Biztalk server operations.
Work Mode- Full Remote (Base location Bengaluru)
Shift- EST Time Zone (6.00 PM-3.00 AM IST)
