If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on technical projects, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Objectives of this role</b><br/><br/>- Planning, executing, and managing technical projects from initiation to completion.<br/><br/>- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.<br/><br/>- Collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.<br/><br/>- Identifying and overseeing risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success.<br/><br/>- Acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.<br/><br/>- Monitoring project progress, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.<br/><br/>- Overseeing technical documentation, system requirements, and quality assurance processes.<br/><br/>- Ensuring compliance with security policies, data governance, and industry best practices in India and internationally.<br/><br/>- Fostering collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among team members and stakeholders.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Your tasks</b><br/><br/>- Define and document project scope, objectives, and success criteria.<br/><br/>- Manage and prioritise technology-driven projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth software deployment and integration.<br/><br/>- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.<br/><br/>- Track and report project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).<br/><br/>- Communicate project updates and potential blockers to leadership and stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Track and optimise project costs, timelines, and resource utilisation.<br/><br/>- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.<br/><br/>- Work with vendors and external partners on technology implementations.<br/><br/>- Implement best practices in project management, DevOps, and software skills and qualifications</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.<br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, IT project delivery, or technical leadership.<br/><br/>- Experience in software development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), databases, system architecture, and cybersecurity.<br/><br/>- Preferably has knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and API integration.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.<br/><br/>- Experience with risk management, technical leadership, and quality assurance.<br/><br/>- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.<br/><br/>- High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced skills and qualifications</b><br/><br/>- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/>- Experience managing software development, or big data projects.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with SQL, Python, Java, or other programming languages.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
