<p><p><b>Position Overview :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced SAP GRC Consultant with strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control 12.0, particularly with SuccessFactors and Ariba integrations.
The consultant will play a key role in integrating SAP GRC with multiple SAP cloud applications, implementing workflows, developing SoD rulebooks, and ensuring compliance across HR and procurement processes.<br/><br/>This is a critical consulting engagement requiring deep technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and the ability to lead workshops, testing, and knowledge transfer sessions.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Integration & Configuration :</b><br/><br/>- Integrate SAP GRC Access Control 12.0 with SAP SuccessFactors modules :<br/><br/>1.
Employee Central (SFEC)<br/><br/>2.
Employee Central Payroll (ECP)<br/><br/>3.
Learning Management System (LMS)<br/><br/>4.
Recruiting & Onboarding<br/><br/>- Integrate SAP GRC AC 12.0 with Ariba modules via the IAG Bridge, covering :<br/><br/>1.
Supplier Relationship Management<br/><br/>2.
Strategic Sourcing<br/><br/>3.
Contract Management<br/><br/><b>Workflow & Compliance Management :</b><br/><br/>- Design, configure, and implement workflows for :<br/><br/>1.
Access Request Management (ARM)<br/><br/>2.
Access Risk Analysis (ARA)<br/><br/>3.
User Access Review (UAR)<br/><br/>- Develop and deploy a custom Segregation of Duties (SoD) rulebook tailored to SuccessFactors and Ariba business processes.<br/><br/><b>Project Deliverables :</b><br/><br/>- Define and execute a project plan covering all integration activities.<br/><br/>- Deliver design documentation, including system architecture, workflow designs, and integration mappings.<br/><br/>- Configure, integrate, and validate GRC workflows for SAP SF and Ariba.<br/><br/>- Develop test scripts and lead Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.<br/><br/>- Update configuration guides and technical documentation to reflect integration activities.<br/><br/><b>Stakeholder Engagement & Training :</b><br/><br/>- Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders to validate workflows, rulebooks, and risk scenarios.<br/><br/>- Provide knowledge transfer sessions and training to internal teams for sustainable system maintenance and support.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 8- 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control.<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in integrating GRC with SAP SuccessFactors and Ariba.<br/><br/>- Strong background in workflow design, SoD rulebook development, and access compliance management.<br/><br/>- Experience with IAG Bridge for Ariba integration.<br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT) and related documentation.<br/><br/>- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and training delivery skills.<br/><br/>- Willingness to travel onsite (Saudi Arabia) for 2 weeks during cutover.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- SAP GRC certifications.<br/><br/>- Experience with large-scale SAP transformation projects.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of HR and Procurement processes in SuccessFactors and Ariba.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
