<p><p><b>Position Overview :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (Manager Level) to lead and deliver complex payroll implementations and support engagements.
The role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, business process design, and integration with SuccessFactors and SAP Finance, combined with proven experience in client-facing management and team leadership.<br/><br/>This position will be based in Saudi Arabia for an extended duration and will involve managing client expectations, guiding project teams, and ensuring delivery excellence.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations (minimum 3 full lifecycle projects).<br/><br/>- Provide strategic direction for configuration and optimization of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, and Payroll.<br/><br/>- Oversee integration with SAP FI and SuccessFactors Employee Central (SFEC/ECP).<br/><br/>- Drive the design, validation, and optimization of Payroll Schemas and PCRs, ensuring compliance with business and statutory requirements.<br/><br/>- Manage Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Payroll Control Center (PCC) configurations and operations.<br/><br/>- Act as the primary client liaison, building trust and managing stakeholder expectations at multiple levels.<br/><br/>- Guide and mentor junior consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development within the project team.<br/><br/>- Provide thought leadership and best practices on payroll operations, statutory compliance, and integration with HR and Finance systems.<br/><br/>- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions with minimal supervision.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 5- 8 years of strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll Consulting.<br/><br/>- Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations of SAP HCM Payroll.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with PCR, Schema, ECP, PCC and related payroll processes.<br/><br/>- Proven exposure to Saudi Arabia and Singapore payroll configurations and compliance.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and statutory compliance requirements.<br/><br/>- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.<br/><br/>- Willingness and readiness to travel immediately to Saudi Arabia for long-term onsite assignments.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Prior experience in a management or lead consultant capacity within SAP HCM Payroll projects.<br/><br/>- Exposure to multi-country payroll implementations.<br/><br/>- Ability to operate independently while managing client relationships and ensuring delivery quality.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
