<p><p><b>Company Description : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>Bridgesoft is a leading provider of technology, consulting, and information security management solutions.<br/><br/> We focus on efficient identity governance and IT-powered risk management to help clients achieve their business objectives.<br/><br/> With a customer-centric approach and a commitment to innovation, we maximize returns on investment for our clients.<br/><br/> Our extensive experience and strategic support have made us a preferred choice for enterprises seeking to address complex business and IT challenges.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Role Description : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Architect based in Hyderabad.</p><p><br/> The Java Architect will be responsible for designing and developing Java-based applications, implementing design patterns, and developing microservices.<br/><br/> The role involves working with Jakarta EE to ensure robust architecture and effective solutions.<br/><br/> The Java Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and optimize system performance.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Technical Architecture and solution design for the products/applications.<br/><br/> - Owner of all architecture, design , documentation and delivery.<br/><br/> - Owner of Integrations.<br/><br/> - Process owner for Application / product development.<br/><br/> - Environment / Application setupOwner of all environments except production.<br/><br/> - Release and deployment to Testing, UAT and production environment.<br/><br/> - Versioning and tagging for client specific code.<br/><br/> - Application validation on the technical front before release.<br/><br/> - Suggest and implement usage of tools for all the development processes.<br/><br/> - Taking up Automation of processes Build, continuous integration, testing automation etc.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Required Skills :</b><br/><br/> - Overall experience of 7-8 years on solutioning / architecting and designing Enterprise Applications.<br/><br/> - Proven track record in building , deploying and support enterprise grade applications.<br/><br/> - Experience in Product Design and deployment will be extremely valuable.<br/><br/> - Good understanding of the application security , scalability and performance aspects and the related solutions.<br/><br/> - 5 years of experience with Spring Boot, hibernate , Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring MVC along with Unit Testing, Integration Testing and BDD Testing.<br/><br/> - Good knowledge in Front end technologies and design elements.<br/><br/> - Strong on RDBMS and/or exposure to MS SQL server / Oracle database.<br/><br/> - Authoring of technical documentation that communicates in a clear and detailed fashion the proposed technical solution.<br/><br/> This includes solution architecture and design.<br/><br/> - Strong proficiency in OOPS concepts with JAVA and knowledge of RESTful APIS Architecture.<br/><br/> - Very good understanding of Security aspects, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), OWASP guidelines.<br/><br/> - Experience in Performance Analysis and applications tuning.<br/><br/> - Excellent understanding of design patterns and microservice architecture.<br/><br/> - Hands on experience in Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP); Strong on various approaches to Enterprise Application Integration.<br/><br/> - Strong on the Process side.<br/><br/> - Focus on driving the entire team on coding practices , documentation, reviews and continuous integration.<br/><br/> - Very strong in the usage of tools such as IDE's , version control systems, Build and deployment, continuous integration, bug tracking / reporting and configuration Management.<br/><br/> - Hands on experience with Kubernetes and exposure in no-SQL databases is considered a plus.<br/><br/> - Very good at mentoring teams towards achieving next levels on the technical front and focused on continuous improvement.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
