We care deeply about your passion and dedication to the craft of software.<br/><br/>What you'll be doing :<br/><br/>- Drive and own end-to-end delivery of innovative and performant features into our next-generation software applications.

Inspire a team of engineers to apply deep knowledge of computer science & programming principles into innovative solutions.<br/><br/>- Inspire and guide engineers to design, implement, document libraries and frameworks that allow us to effectively scale development on our applications across multiple projects as common services or components, leveraged by multiple products, calibrating scope, time, cost & quality constraints.<br/><br/>- Build and track quality into agile product lifecycle encompassing requirements, design, code, testing, delivery, support.

Socialize a culture of quality across business verticals and departments.<br/><br/>- Guide and mentor engineers on clear maintainable full-stack code, working in a professional software engineering environment (source control, shortened release cycles, continuous integration, and deployment, etc.).<br/><br/>- As a member of an agile team, write new feature code or new test automation frameworks based upon business needs.<br/><br/>- Monitor company goals and metrics, recommend course correction to teams as needed, help keep program delivery on track.<br/><br/>- Participate cross-functionally in portfolio & product planning sessions as an engineering visionary with a focus on the horizon.

Own assigned areas/services/components of products as the technical guru.<br/><br/>- Support our products, enable teams to identify and fix root causes of production incidents, own the long-term closure of major incidents.<br/><br/>- Own product quality and work to quickly address production defects.<br/><br/>- Embed a DevOps mentality within the team.<br/><br/>- Apply and influence data-driven analysis and pragmatic decision making aligned with business and technology needs.

Follow up on immediate deliveries with long term solutions.<br/><br/>- Partner in build vs buys vs partner decisions, vendor selection, technology selection, cloud strategy, M&A analysis, KPI establishment, technology roadmaps, project tracking, business case rationalization.<br/><br/>- Serve as a technical lead for teams as needed or special purpose projects per business priority.<br/><br/>- Instill a culture of constant learning and staying relevant with trends in technology across engineers and management.<br/><br/>- Influence architects, senior engineering, and product management to measure, track and iterate continuous improvement processes across engineering discipline, impacting success across the agile delivery organization globally.<br/><br/>- Present operational status to management from an engineering operations level and advise back to engineers on calibration at team level practices.

Be a change leader!<br/><br/>What you need : <br/><br/>- Bachelor's in computer science or related discipline; or equivalent work experience<br/><br/>- 10+ years of experience with managing/developing enterprise web applications using front end frameworks like Angular.<br/><br/>- 7+ years' web-based enterprise applications using JavaScript frameworks<br/><br/>- 5+ years' REST services, SOA , Microservices<br/><br/>- 7+ years' unit testing, mocking frameworks, automation frameworks<br/><br/>- 5+ years' experience working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)<br/><br/>- Prior experience in agile implemented at scale across multiple teams globally<br/><br/>- DevOps mindset<br/><br/>- 5+ years' experience in a mature CI/CD SDLC environment, implemented exception handling, logging, monitoring, performance measurement, operational metrics knowledge<br/><br/>- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms, object-oriented programming, databases, SQL, web programming, design patterns, SOLID principles<br/><br/>- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds<br/><br/>- Understanding of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments<br/><br/>- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests<br/><br/>- Good analytical and problem-solving aptitude<br/><br/>- Strong communication, partnership, teamwork, and influencing skills are required.
