Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our Media Buying Team.
Responsible for data entry, client/campaign data collection, maintaining campaign data, budget monitoring, analysis of airing accuracy, measuring campaign results, and facilitating internal and external communication.
Experience & Competencies:
Data entry and report generation
Communication with national cable networks and TV station representatives
Maintaining campaign data using proprietary tracking systems
Budget monitoring and adjustment
Analysis of pre and post-logs for airing accuracy
Measuring campaign results and profitability
Internal and external communication with team members and stakeholders
Collaboration with senior buyers to execute campaigns
Supporting Media Buyers and Client Service Account Executives in daily tasks and projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
3-8 years experience in advertising or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proactive and adaptable with a drive to understand client campaigns and goals
