<p></p><p>Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Responsibilities</p><br/><p>- System Configuration & Implementation: Lead and participate in the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with a primary focus on Payroll (Saudi Arabia localization) and Core HR.</p><br/><p>- Fast Formula Expertise: Develop, test, and maintain complex Fast Formulas for various HCM processes, including Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Global HR calculations, ensuring compliance with business logic and regulatory requirements.</p><br/><p>- Module Management: Provide functional expertise and support for Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Modules, ensuring they are configured to meet organizational needs and best practices.</p><br/><p>- Business Requirements & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and system designs.</p><br/><p>- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (Unit, System Integration, UAT) to ensure the stability, functionality, and performance of the configured solutions.</p><br/><p>- Support and Optimization: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement.</p><br/><p>- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with technical teams (developers, integration specialists) and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, real-time solutions.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills and & Education:</b></p><br/><p>- 5+ Years of proven experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant or in a similar role.</p><br/><p>- MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory, providing a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.</p><br/><p><b>Technical & Functional Skills:</b></p><br/><p>- Expert-level functional proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud.</p><br/><p>- Mandatory deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, with significant, hands-on experience specifically in Saudi Payroll localization and regulatory compliance.</p><br/><p>- Exceptional proficiency in developing and troubleshooting Fast Formula across multiple HCM modules.</p><br/><p>- Solid functional knowledge of and configuration experience with:</p><br/><p>- Core HR (Workforce Structures, Global HR, Security).</p><br/><p>- Absence Management (Plans, Types, Accruals, Integrations).</p><br/><p>- Talent Modules (Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession Planning).</p><br/><p>- Demonstrated experience in building scalable, real-time solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working within fast-paced settings.</p><br/><p>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p><br/><p><b>Desired Attributes:</b></p><br/><p>- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud or specific modules.</p><br/><p>- Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher).</p><br/><p>- Ability to train and mentor junior consultants or end-users.</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other content management systems is a plus, indicating comfort in a broader technology ecosystem.</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
