<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><br/>This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Sr. Business Analyst - Data & Analytics.

As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of complex data sets and business processes to identify key insights and drive data-informed decision-making for our clients.

You will work closely with stakeholders across various levels to gather, document, and prioritize business and data requirements, and you will play a vital role in supporting the successful implementation of data and analytics :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Lead the analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and valuable insights.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Interpret data and translate findings into actionable business Develop a deep understanding of client data sources, structures, and quality.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns and opportunities.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Document existing and to-be business processes using various modeling techniques (e.g., process flows, UML diagrams).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized business processes that leverage data and analytics.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders to understand their business needs and data requirements for analytics solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Elicit, analyze, and clearly document functional and non-functional requirements, including data definitions, data quality rules, reporting needs, and performance expectations.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and other relevant documentation.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and developers to ensure that the proposed data and analytics solutions align with business requirements.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Participate in the design and validation of data models, ETL processes, and reporting dashboards.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Support the testing and implementation phases of data and analytics projects.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Assist in the development of training materials and provide user support as needed.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively through presentations, reports, and verbal discussions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to the definition and enforcement of data governance policies and standards.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Identify and document data quality issues and work with relevant teams to implement data quality improvements.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Assist project managers in planning and tracking project activities related to data and analytics deliverables.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Identify and escalate potential risks and issues.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data analytics tools, techniques, and industry best :</b></p><p><br/>- Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- 5 to 8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus on data and analytics projects.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in documenting business processes using various methodologies and tools.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document clear and concise business and data requirements.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and understanding of data warehousing concepts.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex business and data-related problems.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to Work Collaboratively in an On-Site Environment : Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting, collaborating with colleagues and clients in person.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in the Software Industry or Related Fields : Prior experience working in the software
