Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing client relationships in the Data & AI domain.

You will collaborate closely with technical teams and leadership to align client needs with our solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in Data, AI, and Software consultancy
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the client base across industries (Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and business leaders
Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, proposal creation, presentations, contract negotiations, and closure
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that address client challenges and opportunities
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy
Meet and exceed revenue, pipeline, and growth targets
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions (preferably Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development)
Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies (Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, Analytics)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value for clients
Strong network of decision-makers across industries (preferred)
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have
Experience selling consulting services (not just software licenses)
Knowledge of enterprise data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
Exposure to emerging areas like Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, or Advanced Analytics
