    Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization.

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

  • Educational Qualification : a Top B School MBA this is flexible for Level 11 b Bachelors from Tier 1 Engineering College


Job Summary:

As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities aimed at improving performance for a specific business function end-to-end.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, and redesigning business processes, as well as defining parts of an organization to enhance efficiency.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to the organization's success and positively impact its overall performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage the team to ensure effective performance.
  • Take responsibility for team decisions and drive solutions for issues within the team and across multiple teams.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions affecting business operations.
  • Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Define parts of the organization to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the business needs for alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-have Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on performance.
  • Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes.
  • Knowledge of organizational design principles.
  • Experience in gathering requirements and understanding business needs for better solution implementation.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A Top B-School MBA is required.
