JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Business Orchestration Manager, you will lead a team of analysts in driving data-informed decision-making and optimizing business performance across the Global Business Services (GBS) organization.

You will oversee the development of global reporting frameworks, ensure data integrity, and guide strategic analytics initiatives.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in data visualization, SQL, and automation tools such as Alteryx, along with leadership capabilities to mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Supervise and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance on technical development and career growth.
  • Define and implement analytics strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Prioritize and allocate resources across multiple projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Advanced Data Management & Analysis

  • Oversee the creation of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and ThoughtSpot.
  • Guide complex data mining and modeling efforts using SQL and Python to uncover actionable insights.
  • Ensure rigorous data quality standards and drive continuous improvement in data processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between analytics and business stakeholders, translating data insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
  • Process Optimization & Automation

  • Lead initiatives to automate and streamline analytics workflows using Alteryx or similar tools.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the analytics ecosystem.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8 - 12 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and SQL.
  • Experience with Alteryx or similar automation tools.
  • Demonstrated success in driving strategic analytics initiatives and mentoring junior analysts.
