<p><p>We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Administrator with strong hands-on experience in managing, securing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of endpoint security, access control policies, file sharing governance, and Microsoft Teams customization to ensure a secure and efficient digital workplace.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : 365 Licensing & Security Configuration : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Upgrade user licenses from M365 Business Basic to Business Premium.</p><p><br/></p>- Deploy Microsoft Defender for Business across all organization laptops.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure Microsoft Intune for device management and compliance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Apply Conditional Access policies via Microsoft Entra ID P1 to restrict access to company-managed devices.<br/><br/><b>Device & User Access Management :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Enforce policies ensuring only organization laptops can access M365 accounts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure exception workflows for authorized personal device access.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement MFA, session control, and device compliance rules.<br/><br/><b>File Sharing Governance :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Ensure secure document collaboration using OneDrive and SharePoint.<br/><br/></p><p>- Block external sharing by default and prevent sensitive data leaks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Educate users on secure file sharing practices.<br/><br/><b>Microsoft Teams Configuration : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain the Organization Chart in Teams Admin Center.<br/><br/></p><p>- Add and manage custom applications in the Teams navigation pane.<br/><br/><b>Email and Collaboration Security : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement and manage Exchange Online Protection.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor security alerts and respond to suspicious activity.<br/><br/><b>Security Deployment & Access Control Expertise : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead deployment of Microsoft Defender via Intune (antivirus, EDR, malware simulation).<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure device security policies (password, encryption, BitLocker, USB restrictions, Windows Update).<br/><br/></p><p>- Run pilot rollouts (35 devices), monitor compliance, and scale deployment org-wide.<br/><br/></p><p>- Block access from non-compliant devices and enforce Conditional Access.<br/><br/></p><p>- Enable logging and monitor access/file sharing via M365 Security Center and Intune.<br/><br/><b>Documentation & Compliance :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Maintain documentation of configurations, policies, and licenses.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure compliance with internal IT governance and security standards.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Intune, and Defender for Business.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) Conditional Access.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in SharePoint and OneDrive administration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Teams admin experience (org chart and app customization).<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of endpoint protection, device compliance, and access controls.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Certifications : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- MS-500 (Security Administrator)<br/><br/></p><p>- MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator)<br/><br/></p><p>- MS-700 (Teams Administrator)</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
