<p>About the Role :<br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Odoo applications.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Odoo framework customization, module development, and system integrations, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and features across various Odoo versions (preferably v13 and above).
<br/><br/>- Customize existing Odoo applications to meet specific business requirements.
<br/><br/>- Develop APIs and integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, eCommerce, payment gateways).
<br/><br/>- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and scalability.
<br/><br/>- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
<br/><br/>- Collaborate with functional consultants, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
<br/><br/>- Manage Odoo server environments, configurations, and deployments (Odoo.sh / on-premise / Docker).
<br/><br/>- Migrate data and modules between Odoo versions.
<br/><br/>- Mentor junior developers and review their code for best practices and standards.
<br/><br/>Required Skills & Qualifications : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
<br/><br/>- 4-7 years of experience in Odoo development (backend & frontend).
<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS.
<br/><br/>- Experience with Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and module inheritance.
<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Linux environments, Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
<br/><br/>- Understanding of Odoo's functional modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, CRM).
