Urgent! Byteridge - Quality Assurance Lead - Automation/Manual Testing Job Opening In India, India – Now Hiring Byteridge
<p></p><p>We are actively looking for a QA Engineer with 8+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 year in a QA Lead role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automation testing across web, mobile, and API platforms.</p><br/><p><b>What You will need to succeed in this role :</b></p><br/><p>- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 4-5 testers<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong foundation in manual testing of Web Applications, Mobile Apps, and REST APIs<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience using Jira for test management and defect tracking<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 2 years of experience designing POM, Hybrid, Keyword-driven, and Data-driven frameworks using: Selenium, Cucumber BDD, TestNG, and Protractor.
Experience with Playwright is a plus<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience automating RESTful services using Postman and Rest Assured<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Appium for mobile automation<br/><br/></p><p>- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Core Java, JavaScript/TypeScript<br/><br/></p><p>- Version Control: Hands-on experience with GitHub<br/><br/></p><p>- Performance Testing: Experience with JMeter or any other performance testing tool<br/><br/></p><p>- CI/CD: Working knowledge of Jenkins, Bamboo<br/><br/></p><p>- Security Testing: Familiarity with OWASP standards and relevant tools<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, Ability to define end-to-end test strategies<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in creating Test Plans, Test Cases, Traceability Matrices, and comprehensive reports</p><br/><p><b>Good to Have :</b></p><br/><p>- Exposure to device testing on Azure or AWS<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Cypress, WebdriverIO<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with No Code/Low Code Automation Tools<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Mobile App compatibility testing tools<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on with any Test Management Tool<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of additional Security Testing tools or techniques</p><br/><p><b>Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p>- Excellent academic record<br/><br/></p><p>- B.Tech / B.E / MCA</p><br/><p><b>Key Competencies :</b></p><br/><p>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Willingness to learn and continuously improve<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset<br/><br/></p><p>- Logical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Location Policy :</b></p><br/><p>All roles at Byteridge are Work From Home by default.
