Required Skills
4+ years of professional experience with C# programming and Windows application development Familiarity with the following Avaya Aura Core components (able to understanding their function and debug the logs): Communication Manager Session Manager System Manager Experience or familiarity with the following: SIP protocol Real time embedded media Networking - rtp / rtcp /IPv4/IPv6 Audio / Video Call History Dialing Rules Preferred Skills
Familiarity with one or more of the following is a plus:
IX Workplaces One-X Communicator One-X Agent VDI Agent Equinox Conferencing solution Device Services, Multimedia Messaging with enterprise directory integration Security / Oauth 508 compliance JITC/FIPs /HIPAA Devops/ maestro Google (GCP)
