We are envisioning the future of intelligence gathering by developing artificial intelligence and machine learning based lawful interception & communication analytics solutions that solve the worlds most challenging are we looking : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for engineers with 5-10 years of experience on C++ with good ability to write code on system and convert solution through code with good understanding of and Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Learning and implementing solutions involving the C++, D.S, Multithreading and other technology.</p><p><br/></p> - Understanding the complete SDLC.<br/><br/></p><p> - Responsible for timely and quality deliveries.<br/><br/></p><p> - Anticipate on technological evolutions.<br/><br/></p><p> - Ensure the technical directions and choices.<br/><br/></p><p> - Involve and execution of POCs of new technologies.<br/><br/></p><p> - Design/ Architect/ Implement various solutions arising out of the large data processing (GBs/ PBs).<br/><br/></p><p> - Working with other team members and providing guidance on implementation details.<br/><br/></p><p> - Fulfil organization responsibilities Sharing knowledge and experience within the other groups in the org.<br/><br/></p><p> - Conduct various technical sessions and : hands on experience in the following : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in the role of implementation of high-end software products.</p><p><br/></p> - Core C++ development using Data Structures, STL/boost.<br/><br/></p><p> - Design patterns.<br/><br/></p><p> - Concurrency Programming (Thread, synchronization, race conditions, deadlock, Multithreading, Multiprocessing).<br/><br/></p><p> - Build, debugging and profiling tools (Visual studio, Windows Debugger).<br/><br/></p><p> - Expertise in memory and performance optimization.<br/><br/></p><p> - Knowledge of OS Windows/Linux, Disk, memory, file system, networks, windows services.<br/><br/></p><p> - Preferable if the person has exposure to ACE (Adaptive communication Environment).<br/><br/></p><p> - Networking knowledge (IP, TCP/UDP), preferable if the person has exposure to some application layer protocol (like HTTP).<br/><br/></p><p> - Should have worked on open source products.<br/><br/></p><p> - Hands on experience in implementing and in-depth knowledge of various design patterns.<br/><br/></p><p> - Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills.<br/><br/></p><p> - Self-starter & resourceful personality with ability to manage pressure situations.<br/><br/></p><p> - Capable of providing the design and Architecture for the typical business problems.<br/><br/></p><p> - Exposure and awareness of complete PDLC/SDLC.<br/><br/></p><p> - Out of box thinker and not just limited to the work done in the projects.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
