:</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis, advanced proficiency in SQL, and a strong command of tools like Power BI, Excel VBA, and Python for automation.<br/><br/>In this role, you will analyze large datasets, automate reporting processes, and provide actionable insights to support key business decisions.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze large datasets, generate insights, and deliver comprehensive reports to aid business and operational decisions.<br/><br/>- SQL Expertise : Write advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data from relational databases.<br/><br/>- Data Visualization : Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize complex data in an easy-to-understand manner for business stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Excel VBA Scripting : Use Excel VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks, build custom reports, and streamline data manipulation processes.<br/><br/>- Automation with Python : Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes using Python, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.<br/><br/>- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Product, etc.) to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.<br/><br/>- Data Quality & Integrity : Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the data used in analyses and reports.<br/><br/>- Process Optimization : Identify and recommend opportunities for process automation and improvements based on data insights.<br/><br/>- Trend Analysis : Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).<br/><br/>- Experience : Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a data analyst role or a similar capacity.<br/><br/>- SQL Skills : Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data extraction from relational databases.<br/><br/>- Excel Skills : Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data manipulation.<br/><br/>- Excel VBA : Strong experience in Excel VBA scripting to automate tasks and improve reporting efficiency.<br/><br/>- Power BI : Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and data visualizations.<br/><br/>- Python for Automation : Proficiency in Python for automating data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows is a plus.<br/><br/>- Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights for business strategy.<br/><br/>- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Attention to
