<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><br/><p>We are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our team.</p><br/><p>The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage robust MLOps pipelines, enabling seamless deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.</p><br/><p>This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions and drive efficiency in ML workflows.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize ML models efficiently.</p><br/><p>- Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.</p><br/><p>- Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.</p><br/><p>- Utilize workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Kubeflow for scheduling and automation.</p><br/><p>- Implement and maintain model monitoring, observability, and drift detection frameworks.</p><br/><p>- Optimize model performance, ensure version control, and maintain reproducibility across environments.</p><br/><p>- Automate data ingestion, feature engineering, and model retraining pipelines.</p><br/><p>- Ensure security, compliance, and governance in model lifecycle management.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for MLOps and cloud operations.</p><br/><p>- Provide support and documentation for model deployment and maintenance processes.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills :</b></p><br/><p>- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in deploying and monitoring machine learning models.</p><br/><p>- Basic understanding of ML and data science/modeling aspects.</p><br/><p>- Experience with open-source tools for MLOps, such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Apache Airflow and developing and streamlining workflows, building scalable pipelines, etc.</p><br/><p>- Ensuring successful model development, testing, optimization, scaling, monitoring/observability, and governance</p><br/><p>- Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially Azure and/or AWS.</p><br/><p>- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python) for automation and tool :</b></p><br/><p>- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding efficient and scalable solutions.</p><br/><p>- Ability to learn new tools on the go and developing best practices is mandatory.</p><br/><p><b>Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p>- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
