Job description
Campaign Management: From build and testing to deployment and scheduling,
youll handle all aspects of email campaign execution within Netcore.
This
includes segmentation, dynamic content, A/B testing, and more.
Netcore Mastery: Leverage Netcores full suite of features (email editors,
automation workflows, reporting dashboards, etc.) to optimize campaign
performance and efficiency.
Quality Assurance Champion: Guarantee flawless campaigns by meticulously
testing content, links, rendering across devices and email clients, and
deliverability.
Targeted Campaigns: Implement segmentation strategies to reach the right
audience with the right message, driving en
gagement and conversions.
List Management Pro: Maintain clean and compliant email lists, adhering to
data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor key metrics (open rates, click-through rates,
conversions) within Netcore and other analytics platforms.
Analyze data,
generate reports, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborative Spirit: Partner with marketing teams (content, design) to
ensure smooth campaign development and execution.
Industry Expert: Stay ahead of the curve with email marketing best
practices, trends, and Netcore platform updates.
Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues related
to campaign execution.
Customer Advocate: Address customer queries and issues via phone, email,
and ticketing systems, providing top-notch support.
Proactive Support: Anticipate customer needs and offer proactive assistance.
Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong client relationships and collaborate
effectively with internal teams.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process changes and product
enhancements.
Alert Monitoring: Monitor internal alerts and escalate critical issues.
Campaign Analysis: Analyze and monitor campaign delivery, providing reports
to clients.
HTML Proficiency: Perform basic HTML modifications as needed.
Campaign Execution Across Channels: Facilitate campaigns across various
channels (email, SMS, voice, automation).
Account Management: Monitor and manage client accounts to maximize ROI.
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Arts, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Solid understanding of email marketing principles (deliverability,
- segmentation, personalization, A/B testing).
- HTML/CSS proficiency a plus.
- Experience with other email marketing platforms a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Exp 1-2 years of customer support experience preferred; freshers with
- strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to
- apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/OpenOffice Calc and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and a passion for learning.
- Team-player attitude with patience and discipline.
- Knowledge of Linux, DNS, and mail systems a plus.
