<p></p><p>Position : Capability Lead </p><p><br/></p><p>Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore or Chennai</p><p><br/></p><p>As part of the leadership team for Data business, the role will be responsible for building and growing the Snowflake data platform capability within the organization.
This role will drive technical leadership, solution development, and delivery excellence for Snowflake-based data solutions.
<br/><br/>The Individual Will Work Closely With Clients, Delivery Teams, Alliance Partners, And Internal Stakeholders To Develop Snowflake Offerings, Build Talent, And Ensure Successful Project Of Responsibility And Capability Development.<br/><br/></p><p>Job Description : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop and enhance Snowflake-based data platform offerings and accelerators.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Define best practices, architectural standards, and reusable frameworks for Snowflake.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with alliance teams to strengthen partnership with Leadership</p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide architectural guidance for Snowflake solution design and implementation.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead solutioning efforts for proposals, RFIs, and RFPs involving Snowflake.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to design standards.</p><br/><p>- Act as a technical escalation point for complex project Oversight </p><p><br/></p><p>- Support delivery teams with technical expertise across Snowflake projects.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Drive quality assurance, performance optimization, and project risk mitigation.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Review project artifacts and ensure alignment with Snowflake best practices.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and delivery Development </p><p><br/></p><p>- Build and grow a high-performing Snowflake capability team.</p><br/><p>- Define skill development pathways and certification goals for team members.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Mentor architects, developers, and consultants on Snowflake technologies.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Drive community of practice initiatives to share knowledge and Development Support </p><p><br/></p><p>- Engage with sales and pre-sales teams to position Snowflake capabilities.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to account growth by identifying new Snowflake opportunities.</p><br/><p>- Participate in client presentations, workshops, and technical Leadership and Innovation.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Build thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and webinars.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with Snowflake product enhancements and industry trends.</p><p><br/></p><p>- This role is highly collaborative and will work extremely closely with cross functional teams to fulfill the above </p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements :</p><p><br/></p><p>- 12 - 15 years of experience in Data Engineering & Analytics, with at least 3-5 years of deep Snowflake expertise.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in building Snowflake practice or capability teams.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale Snowflake implementations.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, security, and data sharing.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Snowflake certifications preferred (e.g., SnowPro Core, SnowPro Advanced).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on knowledge of SQL, Snowflake utilities, ELT pipelines, and integration with BI/Analytics tools.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Exposure to data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with complementary tools like DBT, Matillion, Fivetran, Azure/AWS/GCP.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement experience.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of broader cloud data ecosystem and trends.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in consulting, IT services, or system integration environments.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and ability to mentor and inspire teams.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.</p><p></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
