Join us and help the worlds leading organizations?unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.</p><br/><p><b>Your Role : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design and implement CMDB data models, CI classes, and relationships in ServiceNow.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain Discovery patterns and integrations to populate CMDB.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure data integrity and compliance with CMDB policies and standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders to define CI attributes, lifecycle states, and reconciliation rules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Automate CMDB processes using ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform regular audits and health checks of CMDB data.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve CMDB-related issues and incidents.<br/><br/></p><p>- Document CMDB architecture, processes, and procedures.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Your Profile :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 9 to 12 years of enterprise IT experience with advanced expertise in ServiceNow implementations, including design, configuration, and deployment of solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially Configuration Management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in developing, designing, configuring, and rolling out new application modules, workflows, and service catalog requests tailored to business needs.</p><br/><p><b>What you'll love about working here :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>You can shape your career with us.
