Fiori is looking for captains who will report to the restaurant manager and focus on curating an amazing hospitality experience for patrons.

Duties and Responsibilities:  
- Supervise daily restaurant and catering operations to enhance guest experiences.
 - Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and service standards.
 - Maintain an active presence during service hours, events, and high-occupancy periods.
 - Assist in handling customer complaints, ensuring swift service recovery, and informing managers accordingly.
 - Assist in training and mentoring associates to enhance productivity and service quality.
 - Foster a positive work environment to maximize associate satisfaction.
 - Ensure adherence to hygiene manuals and health and safety regulations.
 - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all operations.
 - Monitor stock levels and maintain par stock for smooth operations.
 - Supervise cashiering, consumption processes, and cost-control measures.
 - Assist in minimizing losses and optimizing profitability through cost-saving initiatives.
 - Ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment, tools, and service items.
 - Follow up on administrative and side duties as assigned by the manager.
 - Assist in financial tracking and reporting as required.
  
Pre-Requisites:  
- 3+ years in a busy hotel/restaurant environment.
 - A Hotel Management degree is a plus.
 - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest interactions professionally.
 - A strong knack to learn new ideas and collaborate within a diverse environment.
