Position: Associate Data Scientist(ML Engineer)

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist/ML Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a vital role in building and deploying machine learning systems, determining the best algorithms and models to use, and then building and implementing
these models in a production environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

● Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, NLP, etc.)
● Analyze large datasets to extract insights and create predictive models that improve business performance
● Build and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data preprocessing to model deployment in production environments
● Collaborate with data engineers to design scalable data architectures and workflows
● Evaluate and fine-tune model performance using metrics, cross-validation, and hyperparameter optimization techniques
● Apply deep learning models for image recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and other relevant use cases
● Integrate AI/ML models with APIs and work closely with software developers to ensure smooth deployment
● Stay up-to-date with the latest research in AI/ML and incorporate cutting-edge techniques into solutions
● Communicate insights, results, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
● Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science processes and tools

.Qualifications & Skills

● 2-4 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models, with a Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Machine Learning/Data Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field.
● Experience using statistical computer languages, Python, R, SQL to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
● Familiarity with Scala, Golang or Java is an asset.
● Application of statistics for hypothesis testing and concluding on analysis
● Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn)
● Big data - Hadoop, Spark
● Experience in deploying models into production environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
● Knowledge of software development practices, version control (Git), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
● Eagerness to learn and apply new data science techniques to solve complex problems.
● Basic knowledge of database systems, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
● Excellent verbal communication skills.
